You may be eligible if you:
Are aged 40 or over
Are not currently diagnosed with high blood pressure
Live in England and are registered with a GP
Already diagnosed with hypertension? We can still offer general lifestyle advice and check your readings, but ongoing treatment should be managed by your GP.
